I believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative process. My approach is rooted in a humanistic framework, meaning I see each client as a whole person with strengths, values, and potential—not just a set of challenges. At the same time, I integrate practical tools from CBT and solution-focused therapy to help clients make meaningful, real-world changes. I primarily work with adults, including young professionals and parents, who are navigating the stresses of everyday life.
