The majority of couples come to me with these three challenges: Communication, Conflict Resolution and Intimacy. Once a couple learns how to talk to each other, listen actively, and show love through each other's love languages their relationship becomes healthy and loving. They learn that intimacy is not just physical but there are 4 more areas to work on to feel emotionally connected. I offer EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and lots of PsychoEducation to help this emotional process make logical sense. Clients will learn a lot about themselves, each other and have tools that they can use right away.
