Hello, I have been a practicing therapist for over twenty -five years. Helping people move away from distress and into peace is a passion of mine. Choosing therapy is choosing health, and with your health, the life you desire can grow. We can discover what your goals are, and work on how you can be your authentic, happy self. I expect my clients to hang in there, because doing work can be painful, though freedom from pain, is on the other side. I am currently using Headway where I can see clients who pay out of pocket, but was on Rula for over a year as a Top Rated therapist. I work with adults who mainly have anxiety and depression, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT has scientific evidence for success. But when CBT feels like a Band-Aid, I use Object Relations/Family Systems Therapy. I want to help you find lasting relief from troubling symptoms. I am an interactive, direct therapist, who believes you are strong.
