My approach is warm, perceptive, and clarifying. I primarily use the IFS model, which posits that we each contain an ecology of different parts that each have a valuable role to play within us. When these parts develop roles that are in conflict with one another, or with our external world, we can experience distress, confusion, disconnection, and shame. I work with clients to explore these areas with curiosity, compassion, and courage in service to promoting greater ease and sense of meaning to life.
