I believe that people get stuck at different times in life. I hope to partner and guide my clients into a more conflict free space. Therapy looks different for everyone. Some people find solutions in only a few sessions, while others need more time to reach a goal. Some benefit from empathy and listening, while others require concrete strategies to overcome obstacles. Many prefer a combination of the two, but it is always a joint effort. My approach is warm and accepting, with a little humor when appropriate.
