Do you feel stuck? Growth begins when one is willing to take the first step. I help clients feeling stress in relationships due to infidelity, betrayal, boundary issues, narcissistic abuse and manipulation. I also work with clients recovering from substance abuse and/or struggling to manage anger, anxiety, depression, work stress and life transitions. I meet clients where they are and partner with them to face their problems and move forward. I use a trauma informed relational style, CBT, DBT and other therapeutic approaches to empower individuals to realize their greatest potential to overcome challenges and get unstuck.
