My clinical interests include the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, Mood Disorders, grief, life changes, addictions, self-esteem and body image concerns. I have great compassion and genuine care for my clients. I offer a safe space for clients to really open up and talk. This gives them a chance to hear their own voice and better understand their thoughts and thinking patterns.
