I am a warm and empathic therapist with over 25 years experience. I work with individuals and families to address a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, life transitions, sexuality, grief, loss, trauma, and substance abuse. My style is interactive, compassionate, and collaborative. My goal is to address the issues that bring you to therapy and help you move forward to achieve a more productive and fulfilled life. I am well versed in a range of approaches and integrate psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy with my own style which is active, problem solving and empowering.
