I have more than 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I offer individual psychotherapy for adults. I believe the therapeutic relationship must be supported and safe, as an effective way to explore life challenges while feeling fully accepted and understood. I strongly believe that a successful relationship between therapist and client leads to lasting change. During this difficult time due to the Covid-19 I'm offering phone sessions in order reduce the stress to come to the office and have the session from hour home.
