Now Accepting New Clients. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders. Many also manage the effects of childhood emotional neglect, family dysfunction, or developmental trauma (CPTSD). Often, they are seeking relief from relational strain, persistent self-doubt, or unhelpful patterns that no longer serve them. Their goals may vary—ranging from mental stability to optimal flourishing and everything in between—but all share a desire for lasting change and a better experience of life. Grounded in a deep understanding of the internal fractures that can result from early-life difficulties, I help clients explore and rebuild the parts of themselves shaped by hurt. Drawing on decades of experience as an academic, creative mentor, and artistic collaborator, I support the development of healing insights and transformation.
