Many people feel stuck at times but do not know how to make changes to allow themselves to enjoy their lives to the fullest. My approach to counseling incorporates a few styles of therapy to help clients clarify goals and understand their own behaviors so they can access their best selves. My goal is to empower my clients with confidence and self-worth. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State and have provided mental health counseling for over 30 years. I worked as a school counselor in a suburban school district near Buffalo, NY. I also provide family and couples counseling at a Family Support Center.
