I am passionate about working together to ensure that you become an expert on yourself and believe in your own insight, strength, and self awareness. I believe that humor and laughter bring out our authentic selves and utilize this philosophy in my work. For the past 25 years I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from very diverse backgrounds. I have a special interest but not limited to women's issues, PTSD and trauma, and healthy relationships. Other specialty areas include; depression, anxiety, ADHD, and social anxiety. I have had a women's only practice for the past 5 years.
