Sometimes, we can get messages that we can't change ourselves or our lives, that we aren't worthy of healing, that we should not hold on to hope. I believe that during those times, it is so important to seek support. In therapy, you can find a place to explore the challenges you are facing and can receive support as we work together to come up with new strategies. I enjoy helping clients find healing, hope, and wholeness in the face of difficult experiences, particularly those related to race and culture, identity, family problems, self-esteem, and spirituality.
