Welcome! I have 22 years of experience as a social worker. I work with adults only. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD/ trauma, unhealed emotional wounds from childhood, domestic violence and narcissistic abuse recovery, divorce and other relationship trauma, recovery from toxic family dynamics, women's issues including grief related to infertility and miscarriage and cultural issues/ racial trauma. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, cognitive processing, trauma-informed, solution-focused and Christian principles. I also provide life coaching services (coaching not covered by insurance).
