Finding the right therapist can often feel challenging and overwhelming. Congratulations on taking the first step! In order to make the process a little easier, I offer a complementary a 15-minute phone or zoom consultation so we can discuss working together and determine if we are a good match. I have a great deal of experience with anxiety, chronic illness, eating disorders, addictions, gender identity, LGBTQI+ and teens/families. I would love to begin working together to co-create a change in your life. I have worked in the mental health field consistently since 2008 both as a clinician, supervisor and educator. I work primarily via telehealth in both California and Nevada with limited in-office appointments in CA.
