I don't believe there is an "ideal" client. I believe clients are people, like all of us, who sometimes need some help to move forward in life. They want to feel better. They want life to make sense. I can help by meeting you where you are. No matter what you're feeling or dealing with it's going to be okay. I want you to have emotional safety with me and be able to share what you need to in order to lift that weight off of you. The heaviness that makes us so tired. I understand depression/anxiety because I have experienced it myself so "I get it". What helped me is what I use to help you.
