Pamela utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to help clients cope with and find meaning in their experiences. She understands and values that each individual's experience is their own, and does not believe any treatment or intervention is one-size-fits-all. Pamela brings curiosity, authenticity, and compassion into sessions to build a trusting partnership with clients. She pulls from a variety of modalities to offer clients, including EMDR, IFS, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness, in order to offer a treatment plan that is aligned with each individual’s goals.
