I specialize in working with adolescents or adults who have relationship problems with partners, co-workers, friends or children; have trauma history and/or are having difficulty navigating through changes in their lives such as beginning or leaving school, getting or losing a job, divorce or loss of a loved one. My clients describe me as "down to earth", "warm" and an "energetic listener". Together we develop mutually determined goals and pave the road toward achieving them. I believe in people's inner strength, and through therapy, strive to facilitate the process of identifying those strengths and nurturing them.
