Accepting new clients! My passion is supporting children through life’s big feelings, whether that is anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, or big transitions. I specialize in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and infant mental health, and I take a child-centered, relationship-based approach that honors each child’s unique story. My goal is to create a safe, playful, and nurturing space where children feel seen, heard, and empowered. I also work closely with caregivers to strengthen attachment and build lifelong skills for emotional resilience. I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and families heal, connect, and grow. I use play-based, trauma-informed approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience and skill-building. I partner with caregivers to strengthen connection, manage behaviors, and tailor therapy to each child's unique needs.
