I have had the privilege to work in multiple clinical settings before moving into private practice. I felt that this was much like mental health bootcamp and I found it highly beneficial. Through these experiences I was able to determine the areas of mental health that I am best suited to. In my practice I focus on Complex Post Traumatic Stress as a result of a variety of abusive experiences such as complex or borderline parent, narcissistic, sexual, emotional, mental, and physical abuse. I also support clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life direction and relationship issues. I see ages 12 and up.
