As a therapist, I have a hopeful and positive outlook while making space for difficult feelings too. My goal is for clients to know more about themselves so they can make life choices that will lead to creating what they want. In our sessions we validate and make sense of experiences through identifying and expressing feelings, thoughts, and ideas. We attend to body wisdom, internal senses, and study personal, family and cultural history. We stay flexible and creative in session and this carries over into a template for life.
