Welcome! I help individuals, couples and families to increase well-being, strengthen their relationship bonds, and promote lifelong development. I work with clients to develop an individualized approach best suited to their goals and to create a positive therapy relationship. I assist clients to understand the connection between physical and emotional health and to learn mindful awareness to manage stress effectively. I am Past-President of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association and teach at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. I taught graduate courses in family and couple therapy at California State University, Northridge for fifteen years.
