I specialize in somatic psychotherapy, an experimental holistic approach encompassing mind, body and spirit. My approach is fundamentally experience-based knowledge that attends to an ever-deepening awareness of the interconnections within the self and others. With this knowledge comes the authentic self and more intimate relationships. I utilize a variety of techniques including movements, body postures, eye exercises, energy and breath work and releasing the emotions are the path to looking at different chronic behavior patterns, relationship issues and decisions which allows for profound life changes.
