I am EMDR trained. I work with clients who have experienced trauma. I give many resources that help to deal with traumatic memories that may come up in between sessions. Not only do I work with EMDR but I do also use Mindfulness, CBT and DBT. I can help you with self-esteem issues, blocking beliefs and feeder memories so that you can live the life with reduced stress and so that you can live a life that you are meant to live.
