I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting adults and seniors. I specialize in helping clients manage stress, trauma, grief, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I have also worked extensively with young adults and those facing medical conditions like diabetes and cystic fibrosis.
