As humans we all can have rough times and/or some life long patterns of negative coping, leaving us feeling trapped, alone, overwhelming emotions/thoughts, and defeating coping skills, can all cause decreased functioning and quality of life . As do improved emotional regulation, good sleep, physical activity, good nutrition habits, and a healthy support system can help you live life to the fullest . Lets do this !
