Welcome! My name is Pamela Tanis, and I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for the past six years. My approach is warm, compassionate, and supportive, and I hold a safe space for my clients to express themselves as they work through challenges. I tend to use cognitive behavioral therapy, which looks at how thoughts connect to behavior and produce actions. I also use a psychodynamic approach, reality-based therapy, and brief solution-focused. A mix of these modalities helps bring in the focus of challenges to work through.
