Often times children, adolescents and their family members may not know what they want or need. As an experienced therapist, I work collaboratively to help understand how thoughts, feelings and actions are connected. Many clients are struggling with relationships, personal, academic or professional goals. We will examine the root causes, behavioral challenges and environmental factors which may contributing. Understanding the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is key to exploring issues, I offer a genuine, empathic and nonjudgemental approach that helps clients feel at ease and safe to explore these issues. Child centered play therapy provides a contained way for clients to express their experiences and feelings through an imaginative self. Each client's need differ so an individualized approach with attainable goals is necessary.
