As a LPC, Addictions Counselor and Certified EMDR practitioner, I am able to address both mental health and addiction issues in a comprehensive manner. I incorporate mind, body and spirit into my work with clients to assist in healing all aspects of the individual. . My goal is to have each and every client leave each session with a sense of relief and satisfaction. I help individuals gain freedom and peace in ways they thought impossible. EMDR is highly effective and can help clients get relief from thought processes and behavioral patterns that keep them repeating unwanted cycles.
