Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Paula and I'm a licensed mental health counselor serving individuals virtually in Florida and Massachusetts. I have 20 years of combined experience as a therapist and school counselor, working with various populations. I work with people struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship problems as well as life transitions. I have extensive experience working with teens and young adults who are having difficulty adjusting to life transitions, peer and relationship troubles, difficulty with boundaries and low self-esteem, as well as career and academic stress. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), a modality that can gently release trauma and anxiety in as little as one session. Depending on your goals and needs in therapy, I strive to provide the right tools to help you become the best possible version of yourself.
