I support adolescents and adults from many backgrounds navigate life's big questions and transitions, through building self-compassion, self-insight, and self-actualization. For some, that means defining yourself apart from family expectations or the pressures of school and early adulthood. For others, this can mean rethinking success and fulfillment amid demanding careers, shifting relationships, or major life changes.
