For over 10 years, Paola has been counseling children, teens and adults. She uses “hands-on approaches,” and experiential approaches, including mindfulness, CBT, EMDR, and talk therapies to help her clients improve over-all well-being and gain confidence in themselves and their relationships. She provides a warm, caring therapeutic approach to each person, creating a safe environment to facilitate behavioral and emotional changes and improve over-all well-being.
