Life, at times, can come with obstacles leading to a myriad of emotions. These obstacles do not have to be faced alone. In therapy, I strive to support and guide you on ways in which to manage your struggles. I am passionate about helping others find what can bring them peace and healing through identification of maladaptive patterns, communication barriers, and self defeating/self destructive behaviors to reach that peace and healing in their daily lives.
