My ideal client is an athlete, coach, or team member who is deeply committed to achieving their personal and professional best but is facing mental barriers that are hindering their performance. These individuals may struggle with performance anxiety, confidence issues, stress management, or challenges related to overcoming injuries. They are often highly motivated and driven but need expert guidance to help them harness their mental strengths and navigate the pressures of high-performance sports. Having been a Director of Sport Psychology at an NCAA div 1 level, I have found success across many sports - though specialize with golf.
