For the past 20 years, my work has focused on helping children with anxiety and behavioral challenges. Like physicians, practicing what is scientifically proven to work is essential. Children deserve no less! So when working to help children with anxiety, ODD, DMDD, CD, and IED, I use Parent Management Training (PMT), Cognitive Behavioral Training (CBT), and Problem-Solving Skills Training (PSST). For 7-years at Yale University and for the past 10 years through my clinic, I have trained hundreds of professionals and parents from around the world in these treatments via telehealth and in-person sessions.
