Life can feel overwhelming at times. You might be navigating anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, a major life transition, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself or those around you. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to face it alone. I believe that each of us has an innate capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with what truly matters. As a therapist, I don’t position myself as the expert on your life. Instead, I walk alongside you, helping you slow down, listen inward, and make space for all parts of you; the capable, protective parts as well as the tender, wounded, or uncertain ones.
