You may be exhausted; trying to hold it all together, overwhelmed by emotions— the over-stimulation and lack of support may be starting to feel unmanageable. Maybe you are noticing more anger, and grieving the calmer, more connected version of you. You may be anxious, or depressed; your body carrying the weight of what your mind already knows. You just want to feel better, to feel like yourself again. I'd love to help. My clients are often women and mothers navigating chronic health symptoms or hormonal imbalances, often who grew up in families where love sometimes felt conditional or confusing; and just feel stuck.
