I believe in helping others change self defeating thoughts and destructive behavioral patterns, in order to aid them in living a life in which they can find happiness. I consider it a privilege to collaborate with people as they make those changes, and to help them navigate through the many challenges of life. I am a military veteran familiar with military culture and the common struggles that come with a military commitment. I am also a Certified Meditation Teacher & Coach. I am passionate about guiding and teaching meditation, and supporting others on their path to developing and sustaining a daily practice.
