Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. My practice is a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore life’s challenges, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Inspired by the principles of Patch Adams, I intentionally incorporate humor and lightness into the therapeutic process when appropriate, recognizing laughter as a powerful tool for connection and emotional healing. Therapy can be both deeply transformative and human—grounded in compassion, authenticity, and moments of joy. With over 15 years of experience as a social worker in the mental health field, I take a holistic and culturally responsive approach to care.
