My name is Parwin Wasimi, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Deigo, California. In addition to providing Telehealth services, I am working with adults who experience stress, anxiety, depression and also individuals who are diagnosed with Schizophrenia in an Intensive Outpatient Program. I am passionate about helping clients develop the skills and resources they need to live more fulfilling lives using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My communication style is compassionate, patient, active listener, and nonjudgmental.
