Hey there, My name is Pascha, I am a license mental health counselor, located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I have 13+ years of experience working in the mental health profession I have experience working with children up to adults in a multitude of settings. I also have experience working with military veterans. I am a Veteran of the United States Air Force and has experience helping clients navigate symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, relationship issues, behavioral issues, emotional regulation, and more. Your first session will include a biopsychosocial assessment. This is an information gathering portion of our time together, so I can get a better understanding of your needs and to ensure we are a good fit for each other. I also show support, I'll hold space for you, and I'll move at a pace that is appropriate for you.
