As a clinician, I find purpose in guiding clients along their path to self-actualization. It is both my professional and personal belief that we are all deserving of a life of enlightenment and empowerment. Through my work, I assist clients in the process of identifying individual strengths and limitations, as an essential foundation to the development of one’s true self. In my practice, I incorporate a combination of empirically-based techniques and eclectic therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of my clients. My ideal client is engaged in the therapeutic process; someone who is open and motivated for change.
