I have experience in the LGBT, athletic, military, and Veterans communities. I have experience working with adults and children from cultures across the world. I have worked with various issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, work/school/sports performance. I have a calm, friendly, interactive, supportive style while focusing on the healing power of a therapeutic relationship. I work with individuals ages 16 and older. I have a certificate in trauma studies, I am EMDR trained through EMDRIA and I am certified Imago Relationship therapist . I recognize the importance of the mind-body connection.
