I have outpatient experience working with clients who experience a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders and body image challenges, substance misuse, trauma, and difficulties with interpersonal relationships. I use an eclectic model of therapy that emphasizes elements of positive psychology, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavior theory, and dialectical behavior therapy.
