I enjoy integrating faith into sessions while also drawing on evidence-based practices and counseling techniques. Although I work with individuals from all faith backgrounds, my specialty is supporting Catholic and Christian populations. I work with clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including self-esteem, anxiety, depression, sexual and relationship concerns, personality dynamics, OCD, Autism and ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and more.
