Hi! I’m Patrice. At Provision Counseling in Westland, I work with clients who feel stressed by daily life, overwhelmed by change, or stuck in patterns that affect their relationships. Many of my clients are navigating grief, major life transitions, or ongoing stress while also experiencing anxiety, low mood, or emotional exhaustion. I have a special focus on supporting clients who are struggling with relationships with partners, family members, friends, or themselves. This may include feelings of loneliness, social anxiety, difficulty forming/maintaining friendships, attachment wounds, or past trauma that interferes with connection.
