I have over 30 years experience working with a variety of issues including addiction, self esteem, relationship problems, anxiety, and depression. I work with adults and couples. I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and thus help people understand their families of origin and how their early experiences have contributed to who they are and perhaps hold them back from becoming who they would like to be. Therapy includes talking therapy, behavioral technique, cognitive behavioral therapy.
