Hi, my name is Patrice, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I specialize in helping people overcome work-related burnout, as well as depression, anger, and anxiety associated with burnout. Counseling and Life Coaching are very important for every person, and every community needs them. In counseling and in coaching, I believe in meeting my clients wherever they are and desire to help them in achieving their goals. I love to assist in their most difficult times. Whether it's creating a healthier life plan, improving your communication(s), or helping with leadership issues, I could be of service. My goal is to provide you with tools, resources, and services that are created “with you and works for you". I have worked with clients of all ages with various types of concerns. For example, feeling stuck, seasons of transition, fear of the future, grief, relationship problems, self-esteem, and many other concerns.
