Hello, I believe every woman deserves a space where she feels truly seen, heard, and supported. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with an MA in Counseling Psychology from Towson University, I offer a safe, nurturing environment where healing and growth can unfold. I work with women 18+ navigating life’s challenges—struggles with mood, stress, low confidence, difficult emotions, or past experiences—who long for peace, balance, and a stronger sense of self. Together, we create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to reconnect with your strengths and live authentically. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Using approaches like CBT, Somatic, Person-Centered, and Narrative Therapy, I provide a compassionate space where we can explore your emotions, build resilience, and honor the unique story only you can tell.
