Respite For Change counseling services exist to offer families in crisis with teens and adolescents emotional support and strategy for navigating stressful live events. Counseling services are offered to address: Anxiety, stress, depression, fear, anger management, teen high risk behaviors, inner healing and demonization issues. We work with adults, teens and parents. We also offer Temperament testing to help individuals identify their soul DNA and how their unique Temperament impacts how they view and interact with their environment.
